Wheat Rocha para ta


Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 1 cup,
Salt, oil - for need,
Ghee - 3 tablespoons.


How to do it

Add wheat, salt, ghee and chop the dough for 1 hour. Divide the dough into equal quantities, take a round and rub the oil on the chapati board. Rub the oil on it and sprinkle a little wheat flour, roll on both sides and fold it into a fan. Put it on the palm of a little heavily parched, put in a hot sausage and leave the ghee on both sides well and get warm and serve hot.
