Buttermilk kuzhambu

                                 Buttermilk kuzhambu


             ingredients:

   buttermilk( slightly soured)       - 1 cup
Rice flour                                      - 1/2 tsp
coriander seeds                             -1  tsp
black gram   dhal                          -1 tsp
fenu greek                                     - 2
red chilies                                      - 2
green chilies                                  -2
grated coconut                               - 1 table spoon
mustard seeds                               - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida                                     - a bit

Add a pinch of turmeric, salt, rice flour, curry leaves to buttermilk. I eat a little oil, add black-gram dhal, coriander seeds , fenugreek and red chilies, Fry until, golden brown and grind along with coconut and green chilies to a smooth paste and this paste to buttermilk. Dissolve well Keep it on fire and simmer for while. Don't boil too long. Remove from the fire. Season with mustard in a little coconut oil.
