Mutton fry







A kind of mutton bajji

Ingredients:

Lamb meat  - 1 kg
Ginger- garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Red chilly powder -  3tbsp
Rice flour              - 200gm
Corn flour            - 100gm
Lemon juice      - 2 tbsp
Curry leaves    - 2 fistful
Marinated green chilies – 20nos
Salt               - as reqd
Oil                  - 350ml

PROCEDURE:

Cut  the mutton into somewhat small pieces.
Add ginger- garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilly powder,
Lemon juice and some salt to the mutton and marinate for an hour.
Mix rice flour and corn flour.Add water and salt and prepare a dough(like pakoda dough).
Add the marinated mutton to the dough and allow to settle for 10 mins.
Deep try the mutton like bajjis.
In  the  same oil, deep fry the curry leaves and the chillies( marinated in lemon juice and salt for a day).

-         serve the mutton fry and the curry leaf- green chilly fry while hot.
