Muskmelon ice cream

                                           

                           Muskmelon ice cream




     Ingredients:

                

                 Melon paste   (Cantaloupe) -   2 cup
                 Milk                                    - 250 ml
                 Condensed Milk                 - 200 gm
                 Milk powder                      - 3 tablespoons
                Vanilla Essence                  - foot teaspoon
                 Strawberry syrup             - 2 tablespoons


Method:

First remove the skin of the melon, remove the seeds and cut them into pieces. Grab the figs in the mix and grind it off the water. Beat the beat until  fine foam is added with milk, condensed milk, milk powder, vanilla essences with melon paste.

Then place it in a jar and put it in the freezer for 6 hours. Then take out and beat again in a bottle or mix, put it in the jar and put it in the freezer for 8 hours. Serve the strawberries on top of the fine set.

Note: Two times the ice cream is taken out and the bottle is beaten and the ice cream is crisp and creamy. If desired, add almond and peach nuts.
