                                                         CHICKEN MUNCH


DESCRIPTION:
                                 
                                 Dry chicken munching at party table


Ingredients:

chicken pieces with bones  - 1 kg
corn flour                                - 100gm
Maida flour                           - 50gm
Ginger - garlic paste         - 2 tbsp
Red chilly powder             - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder              - 1 tsp
Egg                                          - 1 no
Bread powder                    - 1 cup
Salt                                        - As reqd
Refind oil                             - 350ml
Curry leaves                         - few
Green chillies                      - 10 nos

PROCEDURE:

Mix corn flour, maida flour, egg white and salt in a bowl to prepare thick  dough.
Apply ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and some salt to the chicken pieces and marinate for one hour.
Dip the chicken pieces in the dough and roll in the bread powder.
Take oil in a frying pan  and boil.
Reduce the flame and fry the chicken pieces until it turns to deep  brown.
In the same oil, fry some curry leaves and length wise split green chilies and sprinkle them over the friend chicken pieces.
