Water - 1 1/2 cups

Coriander - 1/4 cup
Mint - 1/8 cup
Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Anise - 1 tbsp

Oil - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 1/2 table spoon
Cloves - 2
Cardamom - 2
Bar - 1/4 inch
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Biryani leaf – 1
Method:
* Cut the onion in long slices.
* Wash the basmati rice well.
* In a cup of water, add 1 tablespoon of milk and a little
salt to boil, add the mixture to the mixture for 10 minutes separately. Then
take it separately in a bowl and wash it off in cold water three times.
* Grips the ingredients to grind and put them in the mix.
